Reason No. 458 why you should eat out today: Up to 50 percent of your tab will go to fund HIV testing, education, services and treatment in Central and Northwest Ohio.
Today is World AIDS Day, and it’s also AIDS Resource Center Ohio’s annual A Reason to Dine fundraiser.
Sixteen restaurants in Columbus and three in Toledo will donate a portion of their proceeds today to ARC Ohio, which offers HIV/AIDS services in much of the state. Also, Global Gifts, located at 682 N High St, in the Short North, will donate 10 percent of its proceeds today. The store is open from 11a-7p.
